Returns and refunds
Important information
- You have 30 days to initiate the return
- Up to 10 days to process the refund
- No replacement costs
- To obtain the return address, please contact our customer service.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days to initiate a return (from the date you receive your package). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Return of goods
As a first step, please contact us at support@mewtect.com . Please provide your order number and whether you would like an exchange or refund. We will then send you a return form; please be sure to fill it out correctly. Then, send the package back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Defective or damaged products
You may receive a damaged package or perhaps the wrong size/color. In that case, please take photos of the package and its contents and contact us. support@mewtect.com . We treat these cases with the highest priority and will find a suitable solution for you.
Processing returns
Once we properly receive your return, we'll inspect it and email you if we accept it (i.e., if it meets the required conditions). If we accept it, please allow us 10 days to process everything and return your funds.
If the refund is delayed, please give us another 3 days before contacting us at support@mewtect.com
Order cancellation
If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, please do so as soon as possible after placing it. This is the only way we can guarantee that we haven't shipped the product and cancel the order.
