  • Order cut-off time : Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed the same day.
  • Processing time : Order processing time is 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Delivery time : Delivery time is usually 5-9 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Shipping costs : Free shipping


Where do we ship to?
Currently we only ship within Spain .

Order confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This means we have your order in our system and have started the order processing.

Order tracking

When we ship your package, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number on our tracking page to see where your package is. If you don't receive it or it's not working, please contact our customer service team.

Order Process and Delivery Time

If you'd like to speed things up, please place your order before 2:00 PM, so we can start working on it the same day.

Once you've placed your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing. If you place your order before noon, our team will begin processing it the same day. Estimated delivery time will vary depending on your location, but on average, you can expect to receive your order within 5 to 9 business days.

Package delays

Has the delivery time expired, but your package hasn't arrived? Be sure to check the tracking code and allow up to 2 more days (anything can happen: overloaded carriers, peak shopping seasons, etc.). If your package still hasn't arrived after the 2 additional days, please contact our support team at support@mewtect.com .

Damaged or incomplete packages

Your order may arrive damaged or incomplete. If this has happened to you, we apologize and here's what you should do:

Once you've accepted the package, take photos of it. Then, contact us at support@mewtect.com with your order number, the items you ordered, and explain the problem. We'll make sure to quickly find a suitable solution for you.
